Guided Mode Power Moves

Guided runs on the same kind of per-person requirements you’d configure for a Draft or the Generator. If you’ve already dialed those in, you don’t start from scratch — Guided just holds you to them.

Unlike a draft, you’re not locked into a turn order. Jump to whoever you want and pick their shifts for them — work the hard-to-place people first, then fill in around them.

As you assign, live counts show who’s ahead and who’s behind on each kind of shift. The fair next pick is usually the one staring back at you.
